At Streaker Spin we strive to provide the best service possible. However we understand that at times you may not be 100% happy.

One-Time Class Pass: 

There are no returns available for a one time class pass. If you no longer would like to attend a class, please cancel in the portal and a credit will be applied to your account for another class. 

 

Multi- Class Passes: 

In the event a multi class pass is purchased we will not offer proportional refunds once they have been used. A refund will only be provided if the class pass is unused.

Private Group Session:

We allow a 100% refund for any private sessions if cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the class.

**We do not offer delivery with any pass. Please note that we therefore do not have a delivery policy.
